Welcome to the landing page of this budding VStreamer Agency. MonsterBog is an LLC - a Limited Liability Company. This means that our personal assets and business assets are kept separate from each other in the eyes of the law (and the IRS). If something bad ever happens, being an LLC prevents the loss of anything we own that is NOT a company asset (i.e. cars, homes; things we have spent our own money on). One drawback to this type of business is that I (the founder) have no idea how to do taxes for a business with employees... and the internet says the employees of an LLC are "Self-employment tax" AND SEPERATELY "Personal tax or corporate tax." I have no idea what the fuck that means.
